My husband lives with chronic pain. He experiences constant pain on the side of his knee and his knee that goes out frequently while trying to take a step. This brace has been a godsend. It helps to stabilize his knee so he can walk better. It has dramatically reduced the pain on the sore spot on the side of his knee. Because of this brace he is so much more comfortable all day.The brace has multiple straps and ways to attach them so it can be somewhat customized to the user. It also has multiple cushioning pads which can be moved around and placed to provide extra cushioning and comfort. There was a brief period of learning how to use it and where best to put the straps, but now he puts it on easily and quickly in the morning. He wears it all day with no discomfort.This is a high-quality, truly effective product, well worth the price. It actually has been rather life-changing.

Getting knee replacement surgery in 2 months and this worked great for the first 2 days. Felt pressure off my knee. Day 3 the straps started to fray and I started to get blisters. The front and back of thigh left these welts from the sticky part, these welts turned into blisters ( see picture, front and back of leg)I have to return it, wished it was made better because it really did help

I was a little worried at first that it wouldn’t do the job properly or it was gonna be to big and clunky but so far I’m loving it! Its been doing it’s job and its not as big and “out there” like some knee braces i’ve seen! This is my season back since tearing my acl last year and had surgery and all that “fun” jazz. I purchased the brace to help stabilize my knee my first season back.I personally like wearing the brace with my compression sleeves but that’s my preference! I would recommend this to everyone!

This knee brace impressed me very much I wore it almost a weak and stability is great and my knee quit hyperextension I can walk like a regular human again and my knee quit swelling so I'm very happy thanks to the company that built this knee brace

Looks great for recovery/rehab, but I was looking for more support for active winter sports. Retuned it.

I received my Orthomen knee brace approximately three (3) weeks ago, after reading a few comments of customers saying their knee brace didn't fit properly. According to the size chart i needed a Large, so i went up one(1) size and ordered an Extra Large (XL) and my knee brace fits perfectly. I also have a Kgoi knee brace that's very similar to the Orthomen brace. This Orthomen brace is lighter and more comfortable, less expensive and only one half inch (1/2) longer. It took my leg/ knee two (2) days to adjust to the brace after that everything was perfect, this brace is so comfortable sometimes i forget i even have it on. (One happy camper)

We purchase these knee braces for my son for footballto wear to prevent knee injury. Within 3 week the knee guard broke, the straps were not long/tight enough they would slide down everytime he wore them. I would not recommend these brace. Spend the extra money and get donjoys.

This is one of the best knee braces I've purchased before. I had torn my meniscus playing ball about 2 years ago only to realize that not only did I tearn my meniscus but I had a minor tear in my ACL.It's not a replacement for a custom made brace specifically tailored for your knee, but it will help you regain that confidence that we all often loose when it comes to an injury. It's definitely an above average brace that's not only comfortable but also something you can feel secure in helping you get back into action!
