Worked as it should, got us back on the water in about 30 minutes.

The original starter relay on my 2005 SeaDoo RXT was failing for quite a while, taking more and more pushes of the starter button to engage. After it finally gave out, I installed this replacement and it works perfectly.

NO stars would be great!!2 starts, and this starter solenoid was toast .............

Because OEM solenoid used thin metal mounting plate it also mounted with shorter screws. These short screws are too short and won’t catch thread to mount new solenoid. New solenoid uses thick plastic mounting holes. I had to go to hardware store and buy longer stainless mounting screws. I chose Allen head stainless because Allen wrench fit easily in space. I liked the two nut system so I could hold one nut while tightening other not risking electrode spinning and breaking wire connection inside it.

With the nuts undone the terminal posts are loose!But it did start the engine without heating up, so it works, I guess.

Dont waste ur $$$$ buy genuine will work 1-3 times then fails bad when ur out in the middle of the lake!

Installed this unit, worked perfectly for 3-4 hours.But after this time frame it has gone faulty and left my family stranded on an island until I got us towed back to my car.The terminal posts are weak and the posts internally come lose
