I've been using Exorex for about 20 years I believe. It's a coal tar product, so not "natural", as most of what I do is. But it absolutely gets the job done. Instantly? No. I dab it on lesions (most of my psoriasis is abated due to diet and supplements, but it's those small visible ones on my face, arms, etc. I hate) and then again at night, and then again the next day, and in a few days the fiery red and scales are gone. It's a constant battle, but without the Exorex they would just come and stay. It's been a blessing for me, as I said, for about 20 years.

Nothing works better for stubborn eczema than coal tar mixtures and Exorex is the leader in this field of dermatology

don't spend your money

Not as effective as the older lotion that I had 4 or 5 years ago but still better than anything else that I've tried.

I've decided the secret is in the % of coal tar in the product - This has 5%, the MG 217 and others has 2%. I tried the MG gel (like brown Vaseline) because it's cheap - Just didn't do the job - Might be OK for lesser cases - I just ordered bottle # 3 of the Exorex because it works - If left on there own, my feet explode - This stuff keeps it in check - It never really goes away but this stuff makes it manageable and clears the skin quite nicely - Once or twice a day as needed. The not so bad to start with smell dissipates very quickly. Pricey, true enough but better than purchasing something that doesn't work for you. That's it!

I use it and it is ok but not like the original that came out in the early 90s, they only make a 1%, the one from England that says 5% v/w is 1% and if you want a 2% in England you need a prescription , dissapointed in exorex for not providing providing the strength of product that psoriasis sufferers really need a true 5% solution
