Nice product... there was a malfunction after a month... compliant raised through customer care.. they contacted immediately and resolved it...now it's working ease of use

I purchased this product on July 25, 2025, and it worked fine for the first few days. However, within just 10 days, it stopped functioning properly. While the device still powers on, the vibrator no longer starts, making it completely unusable.I have reached out to the brand via email and hope they will return or replace the product. I will update this review based on how they respond.As of now, it has been a very disappointing experience. If I don’t receive any support or resolution, I would strongly recommend not buying this product.

This product doesn't help aid weightloss. I think it's highly advertised by fitness influencers. Better to do dieting and have daily walks which is free of cost. This machine will just occupy space in your house and collect dust.
