Small tears on the clothes no matter watever cycle u put.very bad machine

Good Product

Good Product overall. Theres the usual sounds when spinning. The delivery from amazon cause I purchased this item from amazon not from other seller (you have to read the product who is the seller) scheduled delivery was Sunday, I ordered the item Friday but it came Saturday before 5 pm. No installation from the delivery guy, it's just delivery. Free installation if you purchased the item from amazon but you have to call the company provider or the brand company to schedule the installation. For this item it's Nikai because this is the brand of the washing machine, I called them Monday morning and the installation guy came in my house before lunch around 12 pm.
