This has been my "go to" energy drink for years now. It takes great and helps me feel energized for my workouts. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking to enhance their workout and help rebuild muscle tissue after their workout.

I like the flavor a lot, but if you find it too sour on its own you can mix it with fruit punch (sugar free, of course) or something similar. It's best ice cold (or with ice) and I have used it pre workout or just as a small pick me up if I am tired at the end of the day. It's basically giving the benefits of something like Gatorade and your favorite caffeinated energy drink at the same time. I would definitely use more water than it tells you to, and don't use more than 3 scoops or you're going to be wired. Tried this on a whim from another health retailer and sought out more here because it's so good.

This flavor is delicious and I can't find it in my store, only the kiwi and pineapple. I love that it arrives super fast You definitely need to try this flavor.

We use these almost daily. We’ve tried most of the flavors and they’re all good but this one is our favorite. Tastes great and comes with its own scoop for measuring. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the food dyes in it.
