They are very smal and slide into the .00 capsule. You could use them but it may take a little longer to fill a capsule

it depends on density of the material, but it can accommodate up to 60 mg.

Q: How much does a single spatula weigh?

I use turmeric to help with the swelling in my lower back. I was using a straw to fill the capsules and it was a big mess and took along time. Using the spatulas is 4 times faster or more to fill the capsules. It is very easy to use and cuts down on the mess. Buying in bulk and filling the capsules my self lowers the cost by 75 % or more.

I use these to fill a powder into the capsules. I swallow capsules. Big assumptions...I swallow the capsules. So, I assume they are food grade.
