This thickens when cold, but is great in a coffee. I'd probably do 8-10 oz of water with it if you aren't aging any milk to your coffee. It gets frothy just with a mixer ball. No particulates after a good shake, so it blend well. It is very fine. The ship is big, probably 1/3 cup. I wouldn't pack it, but also because it is so don't, there's a likelihood of spilling while trying to get the big scoop out of the pack. Just the straight taste is kind of like after you have a bowl of cereal, not really any flavor, but that texture.Seems good. Also added it to a cake and it is great!

I use this to add dairy based protein to my homemade ice cream. It blends better than many protein powders and rarely gets stuck to the wall of the blender. No negative effect on the flavor or texture of the ice cream, if anything it's an improvement.Maybe a little on the expensive side for how much I use, but still cheaper than store bought ice cream and i don't have to use any ultra processed ingredients. For my use it's a perfect product, though I am planning to try it in coffee so we'll see how that goes.The included scoop is nice to have but ultimately unnecessary, and I fear they'll soon be landfill for anyone that orders more than one bag. -1 star.

I add this to milk when I make homemade yogurt to add protein. Great taste, really can’t taste it at all. I use mixer to get clumps out.

I love this stuff! I mix it with Fair Life milk, Javy Mocha Concentrate, and SF Coconut flavor. It keeps me full until mid afternoon! If it's too thick, just add a bit of water.

I have purchased many It’s Just products over the past few years. Always pure, always best quality. However, their Total Milk Powder does not meet those standards. It does not mix well in liquids. When blended, it has a nasty gluey appearance and texture. The taste is just awful. I am very disappointed

Wow, I wish I could say good things, but I cannot. It is an incredibly fine power & it did not dissolve well in my smoothie. I mixed and mixed (and mixed some more), and it was still clumpy & thick. Since the powder is so fine, it makes a real mess when you open the package, and the zip-loc on the package does not work well (power gets all stuck in the zip-loc). The taste is chalky... isn't awful, but it's not good either.Of course, I cannot return this protein, so I will have to try it in some baked goods. I would not purchase again.
