The MakeID is a solid label maker with a fun design, with high resolution printing, that has both the full customization of a phone app that can connect with your label maker, as well as some unique one-touch convenience buttons that made it an easy choice over other similar label makers like the Phomemo and NiiMbot devices. I often have the need to tag milk, food, and leftovers in the fridge with the date I opened them, and so the date feature makes this super easy: turn on the MakeID, hit date, and I'm done—no need to open up the app, sync with the printer, and then manually enter in a date. This is incredibly convenient. In addition, there is a saved "Custom" button which is also handy—I often have to label items with my kid's name for school, so I've just programmed this button with her name, and again, I no longer have to jump into the app to make my most common labels. I will admit I purchased this because it looked cute. I did see a few videos on it and after waiting forever for other printers to come down in price I pulled the trigger and purchase this guy. Not only is it adorable but it is also very useful.The app is extremely useful and has lots of choices. I do wish they updated it and provided even more art as there are some categories that I feel are missing (I have a lot of camping gear and I have a lot of kitchen products that I want to label) but nothing I can't work with.At a certain point the handle stopped working for me (used to cut the label) and reached out to the company for a fix. They ended up sending me a new one. Unfortunately, we both got something wrong in my address thanks to autocorrect and they had the wrong zip. I contacted them again and they would send it again. I came home from vacation and found it only the original one that was sent but also a second one.These folks work EXTREMELY hard to earn your business. I am am absolute fan.

Design: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I love the design and color of this product. Buttons are pretty clicky like the keyboard? 😂Easy to Use: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It is easy to use because there is a detailed instruction in the box tells you how to download the app and connect with the printer. There is a USB-C port in the back for charging and the cable is included. There is a cut on the white side of the label which makes you easier to peal the adhesive.My experience:In the past, I have to use the console tape to label things in my home studio, but I noticed this is not a perfect solution to make it nice and organized. Having this machine helps me make clear labels to things like microphones, cables, and other gears. So I don’t have to worry about messing up things ever.

It can take a while to connect via Bluetooth, but it always works eventually. It prints pretty well, but if you change the paper a lot, it can get jammed if you don't line it up perfectly. If you don't change the paper it always prints well. The printed labels do fade overtime, especially when exposed to heat (which is understandable for an inkless printer), and the tape isn't sticky enough to stay for months on end, but the thing is so cute it kinda makes up for everything. I have my whole life labeled now, lol.

I love the portability, how user friendly the app is. The Bluetooth link connects to my iPhone instantly. The print is dark and clean every time. Love the label cut and the date button and it’s convenience. Date print has 3 options to adjust days/mth/yr order. The tapes are little bit higher in price than other label printers but I love the quality of tape (clean cut/ backing easy removal, easy install). It’s just fast and perfect for all the on the spot labeling I do as I organize. The app has templates, fonts, stickers enough to keep it fun but not overwhelming, and super easy for anyone who knows how to edit on a smartphone. I don’t know the durability of it yet but it’s been amazing so far and I’ve printed whole roll.Love how you can adjust the length of the tape(simple on app, does it automatically to fit your font size). Hopefully it lasts long but even if it doesn’t I’ll just probably get another one from this company.

There are many good features and settings on the app, and it has a cute, clean, useful design. I'm curious in it for product labeling, price, and scanner addition. The cassette refills are quite simple to load. The software was incredibly configurable and user-friendly on my device. Love the spatula on the printers for cutting the tape. Just pleasing, unique, and charming. It's great that the tape roll has a slit already cut into it to make peeling off the sticker quite simple.

I love this little Label Maker! It is not only the cutest Label Maker I’ve ever seen, but the print quality is excellent, as well as the ease of use on the app.I was able to print out several labels in a matter of minutes, all while switching out colors and label titles.I bought a little “bead” holder/case, to organize all of the different label colors, worked out perfectly :) The label color choices are so much fun! You can also add little pictures and cute edits to the labels.

Ok I bought this cause I love typewriters and need a label maker and I dont regret. It is perfect at doing its job. It took me a moment to figure out how to use but now that I know its easy to use and onto of that really fun.
