I don't think it's 100% moly. To get a correct response ask the manufacturer. I personally think it's in the 70% range. It is a superb product to use on firearms and automatic knives.

Q: I saw that Sentry Solutions also sells this in syringes. I was wondering what the best way to apply this grease would be; say for small areas.

I have used this for years, I bought the tub to refill my syringe for tight places.also I apply it with a Q-tip for small areas.

Q: will this grease attract dirt sand or other particles? Does it turn black and mark up nearby objects it may touch?

Yes, dirt or sand or anything really would get stuck in the grease. I don’t think you’ll find a grease that doesn’t do that.

Q: does it attract dirt, turning the lube dark?

No it's naturally the dark gray color you see. Even after you stir it up 'cus it separates after a time.
