Q: What the material this device is made from?

It was made from a hard plastic with a soft rubbery bit that you had to bite into to make a mould of your teeth so that it fit properly.It didn't stop my husband from snoringCompletely but it did help a little bit before it broke after about ten weeks

Q: Do you have to remould the mouth guard every night

No, that is not the intention. I found this product to be totally impractical. Really awful.

Q: I have an overbite so am looking for a device I can adjust to my messed up jaw alignment, would this work?

I have used these devices for years and still have an overbite. It certainly won’t cure an overbite but over time it does decrease the overbite (it has mine) but it is used to stop or reduce snoring.

Q: The device was tight to my teeth after moulding, but became loose overnight & won't stay on. How can I stop this?

You will have to remould it and make sure you press it hard against your teeth with your fingers and the back of your teeth with your tongue. I also found the same problem and now use the mouth guard from ‘Vital Sleep’. Think they come from the US and you can’t get them on Amazon. I find these ones better.
