AMO este producto al tomarlo antes de la comida, así todo va mucho mejor. Ayuda a bajar de peso y si eres intolerante a la lactosa ésto es TOP.Simplemente lo recomiendo 100% ya que ayuda con la digestión de las grasas, y si las comidas no son tan sanas te ayudarán a digerirlas mucho mejor.
