08 Nissan Altima matches fine I think it's a bit smaller than original part but not by much it threads in just fine ...had a great price too . It costs $20 at the auto parts store...and was delivered a day early much satisfied..

PCV VALVE for 2009 Nissan Altima 2.5
It worked for 2 months, after that i got a P0171. I managed to delete the code every time the CEL comes on for another 2 weeks until i decided to really check whats going on with car. All the vacuum hoses were replaced a month ago so i still checked and theres nothing wrong with them. When i put my ears closer to the engine bay i heard a hissing sound coming from this valve. Good thing i still have an extra one on hand(other brand) and replaced it right away. I didnt even have to clear the code, it just went away after the install.
