You will be drenched in sweat like you sat in a sauna after less than 10 minutes of walking this I will say the only downside is this material can cause you to have a irritating sweat rash they don’t really give any directions in English or at all really for how to clean this entire outfit because you cannot stick it in the wash and you cannot stick it in the Dryer so you’re looking at possibly handwashing spot reading this and if you don’t spot treat or soak this by hand and let it dry. The outfit will smell grungy because the inside is lined with the same material as the grocery bags that are for hot and cold items that you would buy that cost $45 overall great quality just wish the material was washable. My body had an allergic reaction to the material and I ended up getting a sweaty rash that I had for over two weeks just be aware if you intend to buy this, you could have the same allergic reaction that I did.

I am 6ft tall 225lbs I wear a 48long suit 38inch waist. I first ordered a 4x going by the sizing guide that would've been my size. It was way too big. I could of made it work but it was baggy. So I returned it for a 3x and that fits much better. It leaves enough room to wear shorts or sweat pants. I do wish the pants came with pockets this why I didn't give 5 stars.

Price was $53, it was honestly worth it. Good quality, helps you sweat ALOT. It will stick to you once you start sweating so if you want some space i recommend a size up.
