Naturalma Bilberry or European Blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) Fruit Alcohol-Free Tincture - 4 fl oz Liquid Extract in Drops - Herbal Supplement - Vegan

I have a special needs cat with high ocular pressure in one eye from hitting his head pretty hard when he jumped off the bed. He is also blind in both eyes. His ocular pressure was backup after seeing the vet a month ago for the injury. I was told to restart his glaucoma eye drops and to come back in a week. I ordered the bilberry extract and pine bark extract (alcohol free) to give to him with the drops. It took a while to get here so he was only on the herbs for 2 days before he went back for a checkup and it had only been about 5 days. His pressure was completely normal in that short of time. The addition of the two herbs with the eye drops improve the effectiveness. Because he's so tiny, I give him .1ml of the bilberry and .2ml of the pine bark and it's palatable so he doesn't fight me. I prefer the two herbs separately as a extract over the capsules because he is such a little guy and pilling cats is not always easy.

Seems to help with allergies that affect my eyes so far. Only used for a couple of days.

I did not see in the description that this product is in a plastic bottle. For this reason alone, I will not purchase again.
