Only brand I've truly trusted. I do take 5htp as needed thought I would try Nature made's 5htp just recently found out they had this... I have a very strong stomach however 30 min. after taking it I felt sick to my stomach.. So next day I took only half..felt it again.. As for the anxiety level, nope.. Well can't win 'em all..

Not the best flavor
Jury is still out on the effectiveness of these but I can say the flavor is quite tart and not in the “ooh I just ate sour candy” way. They’re not bad enough to not use/eat but I don’t think I would buy them again.
