Works with Aruba S2500
I am using these on Aruba S2500 Switch with Mellanox Connectx-2 on one machine and Mellanox Connectx-3 on another machine. Works flawlessly. As another reviewer mentioned, sometimes I got unexpected disconnections and every time I updated my network settings I lost my IP and had no connection from Finisar transceivers. Now my problem is solved. At this price point, there is no need to buy those cheap Finisar transceivers off eBay. Buy these

When cheap SFP+'s from eBay fail you, this is your goto for solving the problem!
I got tired of a slow gigabit network and decided a nice 10x on the network speed capacity would be great for big file transfers to my NAS. I'm a cheap SOB so I scoured eBay and picked up some cheap transceivers, an old cheap Aruba 3500 switch, and some Mellanox x-2 cards. I ran my fiber, installed the SFP+s I got off eBay for $6 shipped each, was happy to see link lights but then my PC could never pickup an IP from my DHCP server. My desktop showed that I was connected to an unknown network. Hrm. So off to Amazon I went and I found these guys. Yes they are almost 3x the price I paid for the cheap eBay ones but right off the bat I got link lights, my PC picked up an IP and the file transfer I had going on my 1 gigabit connection jumped up by 40MB/s after I disabled the onboard NIC. w00t! Lesson learned, what is cheap does not always work but these puppies are a value for a new transceiver that works right out of the box!

Pretty good
These seems to work good, not getting hot like some others I've used. Just be sure to get the right ones for your hardware type.

So far, so good
Using these in an ASUS PCIe card https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VLC7LT3 and a Zyxel switch https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084MLC83G and windows 10 connection properties says I'm connected at 10Gbps. I'm using the Amazon basics LC duplex cable as well. Was able to transfer a large file @ 280MB/s connected to a 2.5Gbps file server. So definitely well above gigabit speeds. Until I upgrade the file server to 10G, I won't know how fast this really is.They don't seem to get too warm at just idle. Until I start transferring a lot of data I won't know how hot they get.
