Q: Does this trampoline have a good bounce to it?

I guess it depends what your using it for. Some exercises would be great for sure. Gymnastics not so much lol. My husband bought for the pool. One side of our pool is higher group by a foot. He bounces off and plops in lol. Kids now too.

Unfortunately no and no place to attach unless you design one for it.

Not that noisy you can jump with neighbors downstairs no issues , do it all the time
