My daughter is 8 years old 9 in December. she weighs about 75 lbs . Unsure of her measurements. I initially ordered a size 8 and then swapped it for a larger size 10. his fit very well not loose , looks like she may fit it next year. she wanted to be a butterfly princess and this dress took my breath away. Very beautiful and elegantly designed with soft but sturdy materials. Everyone loves the dress. The only thing i’d suggest to buy is a skirt hoop because it is long in the front and has a train in the back. This a a true princess dress for your daughters to enjoy for events and special occasions. For washing there’s no recommendation that came with it but I’ll have it washed professionally at the dry cleaners and then it’s stored in a dress protective bag. The butterflies on the dress are very very delicate but we didn’t loose any . Super happy with my purchase and i’m sure all the little girls will fall in love with this gown .

Absolutely love the dress but the butterflies do fall off if pulled on even a little. Thankfully my daughter understood after loosing 6 don't touch them. Fit her beautifully she is a little on the shorter side and this dress was the perfect length for her!

I ordered this for my daughter for her Father Daughter Ball and it was more beautiful than I could of imagined.
