Highly effective! My hot flashes disappeared overnight! I am currently on my 2nd bottle.I was skeptical to try this product. But with the hot flashes hourly, lasting longer and exhausting I had to try this.I prefer gummy vitamins due to my malabsorption issues. Quality: These taste like you just had a little dessert. Not overly sweet. Very easy to chew. Dissolving quickly with each chew. Do not stick together in the container.I have heard that stopping black cohosh and restarting again does not have the same effectiveness. Luckily I will gladly keep taking these!( I have not noticed an improvement in sleep quality, or mood improvement )

Two gummies a day help me lessen the effects of hot flashes, both in intensity and length of time. I've been taking these for a couple years now and they reduce the effects of menopause down to a mild annoyance. Recently, I went away for the weekend and forgot to pack them, and after a day my hot flashes were back in full force. The differences in taking these and not taking them is significant.

The gummies worked almost immediately for me! My doctor recommended that I try taking them before resorting to getting prescribed an estrogen patch. I have been taking them for a week now and I have not had one single hot flash! I told a friend about them and she ordered a bottle as well. She too has had the same experience except for initially, the intensity of her hot flashes were reduced to very mild hot flashes and after a few more days she stated she is having none! With that being said, I also noticed that just overall I do not sweat as much as I used to when out for a walk so it seems they help regulate body temperature overall. I had a one other friend who tried the cohosh in capsule form and stated that she ended up with bad acid/heart burn from them. I told her that maybe the powder in the capsules was causing the heartburn and that she should try the gummies. Finally, the gummies taste great!

I've been taking these for about a week now. At first nothing and then yesterday night and day I had more hot flashes than I've ever before. I was miserable! And then all of a sudden last night I had maybe one hot flash, I slept so good! I don't know if it gets worse before it gets better, but boy was last night amazing! The one thing I don't like is these things are nasty! They are so sweet! I don't understand why they have to be so sweet!! I chew them as fast as I can and swallow them. But like others have said it's better than taking the capsules. I take capsules for other things and I couldn't bear to take anymore. But believe me when they say sweet peach they mean sweet peach!! The first day I received my gummies- my hot flashes and night sweats were gone. I was literally waking up 5+ times a night - I've been going through this for about two months. Miserable and so tired everyday from not sleeping well like I was so use to. And then on top of that having hot flashes through the days. Literally after taking the gummies I was not doing any of it anymore! I'm finally back to myself! And the taste is Wonderful like eating candy - about to order more bottles- will keep them on deck 👍

I’ve been taking this everyday for 13 days I still have hot flashes. I’m going to try saffron next.

I tried cohosh gummies to help with hot flashes, & sleep but they didn’t make any difference. I took them daily for a week and the frequency and intensity of my hot flashes stayed the same. The gummies tasted weird and just didn’t deliver the relief I was hoping for. Everyone reacts differently, but for me, they didn’t work. I’ll be looking for another solution.

A great product and it works just can't afford the price.
