These were very soft and cushy and fit around my cast. One problem was that the Velcro fastener came out in a chunk after several uses.

My son used these for a few days for the pressure wounds on his heels. Then his home nurse brought a larger pair that was much thicker and sturdier. The thicker pair gives his heels so much more cushion while he's sitting in his wheelchair with his feet resting on the footplates than these that were bought from Amazon.

The foam is kinda thin and very stiff. Left red marks on my husband's ankles.
