Sofucor Low Profile Ceiling Fan with Lights Flush Mount Ceiling Fan with Remote Control 52 Inch Wood Ceiling Fan 3 Reversible Dark Wood Blades Noiseless DC Motor

I purchased this fan due to the super low price from Sofucor's Amazon Store. Frankly my expectations were low and thought I would just doubted them based on price thinking it was too good to be true. Sofucor made me a "fan" of their company (excuse the pun), because they delivered on everything!Here's what won me over.1. They're right its easy to install. I installed the fan in less than 15 minutes after removing the old ceiling fan. Everything you need is the box except the screw drivers.2. The instructions had QR codes to easy to follow videos for installation.3. The old fan I replaced was a Hampton Bay Fan that came with the house used 3X times more power than the Sofcur's.4. Sofucor's remote is a little different to get used to but at least it works! The Hampton Bay remote didn't work. It require me to run downstairs turn off the breaker and by the time I returned to the fan with the remote the internal timer won't allow me to program it. Sofucor's worked out to the box!5. Sofucor's fan is quiet. - really quiet.6. Sufcor's fan moves the air better than most I seen or used.7. The fan looks GREAT. The wood is real, although a light weight wood it's attractive. The previous one from Hampton Bay had blade made of press board.Suggest Areas for Improvement.1. Please pay a native English speaker to adjust the wording in the user manual. There are many errors which include spelling, dropped phrases, and grammar issues. I am not one to critically analyze anyone's English skills because my own are so poor. I believe correcting some of the issues in your installation manual would show off your products quality better.2. Page 8 of the Use and Care Guide for the KBS-52245 showed a medal hanger hook on the the hanger plate. Specifically in photo 13 there is wire to temporarily hang the motor while wiring. That wire wasn't on the unit I ordered.3. On page 7 there is a picture of a wire to connect the LED's to the cable. The unit I received didn't have th cable extending for the LED plate. The connect was on the edge of the LED plate. The figure on page 7 photo #7 should be corrected.In summary, I love the fan and now am a FAN of Sofucor's ceiling fans. I will be buying a few more.UPDATED: I have since purchased 3 of them myself, and I have installed 3 more for family members who purchased them. Everyone is very satisfied with them and they love the way the fans look.

We really like the look of this ceiling fan. It works as expected. The light has different settings for warm light and cool light.There was a small issue during installation so we contacted them. They replied to our email quickly and their customer service was fantastic.I recommend this product.

The remote doesn’t always work. I was able to easily get a replacement receiver and remote from the company. I haven’t installed it yet.The fan blades are beautiful. The fan is strong. The light can get bright enough. The dimmable colors are great too. Even with the remote issue, I would buy another one.

Quite disappointed with this unit and the vendor. In less than a year, the unit started making click/clacking annoying noises (it was very very quiet at the beginning - say for about 3 months). Then changing speeds makes the unit screech with metal grinding sounds. Try to contact the vendor, their support web site is down, their FAQ do not answer this problem. I have no means to make a warranty claim. No answer. Very frustrating as the product looks and fit to my needs are right on point. -* UPDATE: Amazon helped me identify the right support web site and after contacting the vendor they made it right. They sent a replacement motor for the unit and that has fixed the problem. They have followed up assuring the problem was addressed. I dont give them full 5 starts because of the problem itself, having to re-mount the unit and the fact the support web site info was wrong, but I'll definetively do business with them again as they standed behind the product and corrected the situation.

This was a very easy install. Took maybe 30 minutes as we were being careful. We watched You Tube video and it really helped. I have tested all features and seems to work as advertised. UPDATE: The light glows very dimly even when turned off with remote. It is most visible when it is dark. I am light sensitive and the only way to turn off completely is by the wall switch. I don’t like having even small lights on when trying to sleep.NOTE FROM SELLER : We consulted our electrician and he suggested below methods:1. You can try to loosen the three screws connecting the light to the metal plate and leaving a small gap.2. You can add double-stick tape to the backside of the LED panel. This allowed for enough space to not have the 2 metal surfaces touching/making light glow.3. You can place a thin piece of rubber between the back of the light and the mounting surface.
