Copying from the box, "Naturally caffeine-free and ethically sourced, 100% organically grown ingredients: Peppermint leaf (60%), licorice root (40%)." This tea is so natural, many of my friends don't like it. But I like it a lot. It is just peppermint and licorice, no other flavors or sweeteners.

Q: Is this similar to Aveda comforting tea/thé?

Aveda comforting tea has two additional ingredients, fennel and basil. This Pukka tea has only peppermint and licorice. I've had the Aveda tea and this one. I think the Aveda has a lighter taste and the Pukka has a richer taste.
