Dual function: The leak-proof mermaid dressings can be used for cold and heat therapy. Do not use the reusable cold warm dressing for more than 20 minutes. Use: warm. Heat the gel cushion in a damp towel for 15 seconds at 800 watts in the microwave. If the pack is still too cool, put it in the microwave at short intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Cold use: Place the cold compress in the freezer or in the fridge for about 2 hours. Store the bead cushions in a resealable bag to extend their durability so that they do not absorb the smell of the freezer. Note: Please check the temperature before use and, if necessary, knead the cushion to better distribute the temperature. Do not leave children unattended. Store at room temperature.
