I purchased these sticks to use at the Zumba Toning class I attend. I had already used some before so these were as expected. How good they are for beginners depends on the beginner. They are lighter and have smaller ends than the purple sticks which can help with some exercises. There are lighter sticks available at the class I attend. Some people may prefer the challenge of the heavier purple ended sticks, depending on their strength and stamina.

Package arrived on time and was left with a neighbour. I received a card through the door telling me where it was as well as an email telling me the name of the person who it was left with. The toning sticks themselves are excellent, having recently signed up to a zumba toning class, they make me feel like I'm no longer the new girl. I'd definitely recommend them to others, from the service down to actually using them. Brilliant!
