This pre-workout is now a regular part of my gym routine. One scoop and within 15 minutes I’m ready to wrestle a barbell, outrun the treadmill and possibly reorganise the garage for no reason.The beta alanine gives that famous tingle – feels like my face is politely buzzing, as if my cheeks are trying to applaud my life choices. The flavour’s decent, the mix is smooth, and it kicks in faster than my will to procrastinate.I genuinely feel stronger, more focused and far less likely to cut my workout short. In fact, the only downside is I now have so much energy I sometimes start tidying the house afterwards. My family probably think I’ve been replaced by a very motivated imposter.Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just don’t take it before bed unless you enjoy rearranging furniture at midnight.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Wanted a replacement to perf4m as the price of that pre is £35/£40. Chat helped me find and pick another pre with close to effectiveness, ingredients and so on. The pump feels good, get slightly itchy, caffeine helps with training in the morning and tastes amazing!

This stuff is mental. One scoop and you'll be looking at the stars thinking they're only a quick jog away. First time I went to the gym after drinking some of this, someone parked their car in front of mine, and I found I could simply just deadlift their car out of the way. It'll have you seeing smells, hearing colours, smelling sounds and feeling absolutely mental. One of my mates tried some and instead of benching his working weight, he benched all of the benches, at the same time, before proceeding to go for a quick swim across the channel and back. It was crazy. Tastes alright - strawberry laces is my personal favourite for ease of drinking, but you don't really drink this stuff for the taste. Worth mentioning that before long, no matter the flavour, it starts to go solid and grainy in the tub, and can be quite hard to scoop out. For the price though, you can't go wrong - other brands cost the same price for half as much pre, and for half as much caffeine. Don't worry about the tingles, it's just the beta-alanine, it can be quite uncomfortable if you've not had pre-workout with it in before. But once they subside, you'll sooner just punch a whole wall down to enter the gym than go through the actual entrance. 4/5

Good pre and worth the money

I was really looking forward to trying this pre-workout, but when it arrived the entire tub was clumped together into one solid rock. I couldn’t scoop out any powder at all, so it’s basically unusable. Really disappointed with the quality — I’ve used other pre-workouts before and never had this issue. Would be nice to get a refund!
