Illinois changed over to sticker IPass (EZPass) and they have to be registered to 1 car at a time. Super annoying, but at least this allows you to move the sticker if you sell that car instead of having to get a new sticker.Suction cups do take a little breaking in and might have to be re-applied once or twice.

These work well; wet the cups when sticking them and they stay put, otherwise they fall when your vehicle hits a good bump. Would have given (5) stars but one plate came all scratched up and I needed to buff it out.

This is an excellent alternative to mounting the new I-Pass directly on the window.

Does not encase the tag.. This is an acrylic slab, quite thick really. A couple suction cups slip into slots cut in each end. This allows easy transfer from vehicle to vehicle.

Very cheap product do not adhere to windshield very well.

The suction cups are really bad

What you get are two thick plastic bars, a couple suction cups and a few adhesive dots. Based on how it looks online, I was expecting the plastic parts to be more of a way to sandwich the pass between two plastic bars, not have to use the adhesive dots to secure the pass to the plastic.Personally, I wanted to use this to sandwich an LED sign's ends to attach to the windshield. As it is now, I am using them to "prop" up the led sign, so it may still work. 3 stars just due to not quite meeting the expectations. Still not 100% sure if I will keep or return.
