Works well. I was worried it would tangle my hair, but light pressure is effective and my hair doesn't get snagged. I would recommend for those of us with really curly hair to wear a satin scarf when using this.

Just got it and so far so good! Pretty relaxing and I like it better than the manual ones. I love that it has a charging station. And they offer extended warranty. Very happy with this purchase.

I have been obsessed with growing fuller hair after noticing a reduction in volume, I don’t know what changed but my hair is less dense and looks a bit thin when straightened. Scalp message is proven to thicken hair and even increase density, I just had one issue; my hands cramp up when I try to do it daily. So of course I went on a hunt to find a device I could use, this scalp massager is everything I didn’t know I needed! I have a few compliments but overall I was so impressed that I bought a second one! The complaints I have are:1.) The massager and the charging base are easily parted, I wish it was locked into place for travel reasons.2.) The fast mode is not my favorite and I think it’s too fast but that’s just my personal opinion, I did enjoy it on my neck. You might love it on your scalp if it’s itchy.3.) The timer is my last complaint; it has a ten minute timer, I wish this device had more options for the timer.Overall, I am more than happy with my purchase, I think this will help me reach my hair goals in no time! The massager really does move the scalp skin and does not pull the the hair, I have 3c 4a hair and it did not get tangled into the device. 5 stars!

This is a great scalp massager and I love that it has two settings to adjust the intensity. It is easy to hold in your hand and it works right out of the box.
