Filling it can be a little awkward, and depending on the mug size, the tail clip doesn’t always sit perfectly.Still, it’s a detail more than a flaw. Overall, it’s a great product from Ototo. Cute but a little hard to clean

This is so cute, and it works great. It works well for both mugs and large cups, and it does not leak tea leaves. I love it. The clip on the end makes it easy to hang on any size vessel. It is also easy to clean and seems well-made.
