Easy set up.
This is one of the top rated rowers. It is easy to set up. And instruction's are clear. I have not tried any of the programs yet but if they are as clear as everything else, they ahould be easy to follow.

Loving It
I bought this as a present. I have not used it. However, my granddaughter says it's great and rates very high. She is a rower and competes. She has used this same model ERG numerous times at her friend's house. Now she has her own and loves it
