Good quality blend with amazing taste.Helps with sleep at night , definetly getting a deeper sleep. Yeah there is some stalks in it but didn't find them to be excessive... its a natural product its gonna happen. Only preference would be that there was a higher percentage of lotus in it but otherwise happy with purchase

Got it for my husband after reading online that it helps with relaxing and also has some other good effects. After brewing it he didn't feel any reaction or relaxation just a little bit of a headache. He grinded it after and smoke it but no real effect has been obtained. Maybe just not good for him. Maybe good for others. Otherwise no bad side effect, makes just a good cup of tea.
