I’ve been taking these supplements for 4 months now and they’re working wonders! I have seen a significant change to my face! No side effects at all which tells me these are a very clean product! I have better night sleep! My hair, skin and nails are so healthy!! I highly recommend trying these but give them time to work!

I started taking this combo about a month ago. I noticed a change almost immediately! I was struggling with bloat and couldn't seem to get rid of it. My tummy went down (not tons, but a definite difference), my cravings subsided, I could go hours without feeling the need to eat something. My sleep quality increased and I didn't feel as tired and groggy the next morning! I also felt like I could stay more focused on a task than before. I will definitely order again and keep this in my regimen! The pills are large and I struggle with that, but after a few weeks I got used to it. This combo was definitely effective!

I have been taking these for almost a month. The Corti-Smooth smells very fruity and pleasant. I needed it after moving to another state and having stress for a few months. I couldn't seem to calm back down once we were all settled. The Corti-Smooth has helped and I am feeling back to normal. It does seem to help my mind be more clear also. I also like that it has some of the other supplements that I was taking in it, so now I can stop buying those and have them all in one.For the Myo-Inositol, I have also been taking it almost a month. I got it for the Dim because I was looking for one with a low dose to start that after having night sweats and some other peri-menopause symptoms. I had read that some people have headaches at first, so I started this one pill at a time and waited a few days to add another one until I was up to the 3 pill dose per day, which is still less than the 150 mg that I had read to start and less than most supplements with Dim. I am glad that I could gradually ease my way into it and I did not experience headaches.I also think that the choline in it has helped me not feel hangry, but be able to last longer between meals. As with the first one in this set, I like that it has several things in one and I don't have to take as many supplements now.Both have been working well enough that I ordered another set as these started to run out. I like the way that I feel on them and will continue to take them. Also, I have not had night sweats and have generally felt better since taking both of these.

I have a hypothyroid disease and it has crashed my body many times in the past 10 years. I have seen many TikTok videos about these and thought what the heck I’ll try them because I was taking several supplements. I have been taking these for several months. My sugar and salt cravings have decreased, my muscle aches are gone and I have stopped taking magnesium supplements. My energy level has picked up and I am feeling good again. I have also lost about 5 pounds . I recommend them.

Do not take these all at once. I would ease into them. The first time I took them I thought I was having aneurysm my head hurt so bad!!!! I was in bed most of the evening and called in the next day. It made me feel awful. Tried again and just took one of each but still gave me a headache pretty bad. I got these for menopause but was hoping for results like others!

I actually loved this the first few days. I felt less stress, more energy and just overall felt good….until I broke out in hives and non-stop itching from a reaction to the pills. Had to stop taking and itching went away.
