Q: Will I need to make a z endstop adjustments for the increased thickness?

It shouldn't be needed. After applying, loosen the two hex-screws holding the ball-joint in place and re-level like you would normally. Then RETIGHTEN those hex-screws and run a quick test.

Q: do I need to add a z stop extension for a regular mars (not pro)? If so is it the same stop extension as the pro?

That's a good question. Here is what you need to know; this does not come with one. There is one on thingiverse but its sized wrong - so no help there. I THINK you can just zero out the build plate with the new height... I did that. I got several mostly correct prints and they popped right off the plate. that was cool. however, my next few prints had cracks and defects. Don't know if that was related to the BIQU. I removed the magnetic plate - no small feat since it was frakking glued on my plate and had another failed print. short answer long, I don't know. but its been frustrating.

Q: How often do I have to replace the plate?

I've never had to replace the plate. Been using it religiously I just remove the entire build plate so as to not mess up the adhesion to the new plate since it holds Prints better

Q: For the elegoo saturn do i need to print a z spacer or will i damage my screen if i do not have the z spacer?

I installed a spacer when I installed this on my Saturn just like I did on my mars when I installed the magnetic flex plate.
