Q: Anyone know how to get small replacement washers used on connectors? I lost one & it sprays all over.

You should have a warranty on it. Call or write to ivation and see if you can get a replacement part.

Q: The unit only turned on for a few seconds and there was no water flow after that, after a full charge and even with the lighter. What do I do?

Are you sure you have the power switch on the washer in the right position? Turned in one direction it is for use with the outlet power; turned in the other direction it is for use on battery. Also, if you are using a wall outlet to charge the battery, sometimes they are connected to a light switch that must be in the on position. You might want to check that as well. If you are using the car lighter outlet, you might need to have the car key turned so that the power is on in the car. I am extremely happy with the unit I have purchased. I hope you can figure this out.

I believe yes, it also has enough pressure to rinse my car, but do not expect it is very strong and that might hurt the dog.You might want to google some video and see if that is good enough.
