Doesn’t push up!?
I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a $1.99 chapstick, but here we are!? It’s brand new, but when I spin the thing on the bottom, nothing happens. I tried spinning the other direction too. Nothing.

Arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I love the subtle flavor of spearment in an old time classic lip balm. Chapstick is a wonderful product ! Smooth and doesn't end up all over around the mouth as some balms melt all around the mouth. Would def recommend it to others.
