I would think so, I have an oily forehead and nose area and it suits me just fine, it has a lovely matt finish. I have used it for years now and love it, hope this helps.

Personally I think it’s fine for either sex. All nivea products tend to smell thereabouts the same.

I use it first thing in the morning, but I only apply make up later in the morning when it is dry anyway, with no problems
